The year 2020 thrown a challenge in front of the world as Coronavirus pandemic. The entire world is at risk, the number of lives has been affected, stock markets, industries and economies are have shaken by this pandemic. Governments, NGOs, public welfare committees and social welfare organizations are putting their best to help people and eliminate the unprecedented threat.
We have been working from home since March 19th, before the official lockdown was announced by our honourable Prime Minister. The operations have been running smoothly and we are in a position to extend this if required. Our support SLAs have been revised indefinitely to 72 hours per ticket instead of the usual 24 hours. This is the worst-case scenario and we will strive to answer your queries as quickly as possible. The SLAs will be restored once the larger COVID-19 situation is resolved. Most queries that we receive are already answered on our Support Portal, do try searching for the answer before creating a ticket.
We at 360Logica realised and acted on it weeks back. As the safety of our employees are the utmost priority for us, we started to do the thermal screening of all our employees, visitors and vendors in the month of March and proposed our employees to work from home. We realized that in this time of crisis, it is critical that we find ways to minimize impact in serving our customer and help us to cater to there requirements in a much better way.
We are assured our connectivity needs, permission rights and various other parameters that are required to support our customers. We implemented BCP plans which will include shall be employees working from home. We ensure our customers that we have open channels for communications with our customers, stakeholders, and employees. We are prepared for various worst-case scenarios.
Educating our employees with credible information
Precautions are necessary to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. Guidelines suggested by WHO (World Health Organization) and the Government of India are provided to all the employees in the form of a ready-to-refer guide. All the precautionary measures like social distancing, Hand wash on regular intervals, Sanitise and Wearing face masks are mentioned to prevent the spread of disease.

While working from home our HR teams are proactively working in engaging employees through emails, calls and video message to assure the mental fitness and the health of them and their family.
Skill Training and Certifications Programmes
We are working along with our employees and encouraging them for training on new technologies. We are promoting them to purse certifications programs and add new skill sets to enhance their capability along with the company.
Communication is the Key
In times when the one on one meetings are not possible with our employees and customers, we conduct them through communication channels and video conferencing applications like Skype, Google Hangouts, and GoToMeeting to be on top of our game.
